Four pipelines feed the module. The first is GHMC's tender portal — 260+ active and historical tenders covering roads, drainage, stormwater and civic works, parsed from ASP.NET pagination and linked PDFs. The second is the NHAI project register — 46 ongoing highway projects in and around Telangana, including ORR Phase III/IV, the Regional Ring Road DPR, and the Hyderabad–Vijayawada expressway upgrade. The third is the Parivesh Environmental Clearance register — 664 Hyderabad-metro projects with infrastructure classification (INFRA). The fourth is HMDA's permission and proceeding archive, where 53,000+ permission records are now searchable.

How it works on a parcel
Every infrastructure record carries coordinates. When you open a land parcel in InsightForge, the platform computes a proximity score against each of the four pipelines, weighted by certainty (tender awarded > tender published > DPR > planning) and recency. The result is a single Infrastructure Score that ranks the parcel against all comparable inventory in your shortlist.
Subscribers can layer the infrastructure map on top of demographics, customer behaviour and approval pipelines. Cross-overlay reveals what no single feed shows: the corner where a new ORR interchange meets a Parivesh-cleared 80-acre INFRA project, in a postcode whose buyer survey already indicates premium-readiness.

Three workflows dominate subscriber usage. First, acquisition screening: short-list 30 parcels, sort by Infrastructure Score, focus the next site visit on the top 5. Second, alert-driven discovery: subscribe to a tender keyword (e.g. "ORR Phase IV") and receive notification the day NHAI publishes the bid. Third, defensive monitoring: track infrastructure activity around projects you already own, so you know about a road widening or a new EC approval before the broker who handles your tenants does.
The roadmap
Q3 2026 adds the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) pipeline. Q4 2026 adds the Hyderabad Metro Rail Phase II alignment as a live overlay. We are also evaluating a satellite-imagery delta layer that flags new construction activity at any tracked parcel within seven days of detection.
